Do Admissions Personnel meet candidates prior to admission?
The Application Process: Occasionally Admissions Personnel travel overseas to meet candidates for admission. Contact us to see when a trip to your country is planned.
How do I apply?
Application Form: Please complete the application form and return it to the school with the Teacher's Recommendation Form.
A non-refundable processing fee of US $50.00 must be sent via wire transfer to:

How does The Codrington Language Centre place students in the correct class?
Student Placement: Each student is assessed through a short appraisal in English to determine his or her level of proficiency. This assessment assists us in the correct placement of the student.
Teachers Recommendation Form: Where applicable, current teachers of students are asked to complete the Teacher’s Recommendation Form. This form is mailed directly to The Codrington Language Centre Inc. and is a confidential document.

When will I know if the student has been accepted to the programme?
Confirmation of Enrollment: Once the Application Form and Teacher's Recommendation Form have been reviewed, and the non-refundable processing fee has been received, the Admissions Staff will contact you to confirm acceptance to the programme.
What does the Information Package include?
Information Package: Upon confirmation of the student’s admission to the program, The Codrington Language Centre Inc. will provide the following information:
- Emergency Medical Treatment Authorization - Medical Insurance Form
- General information on Barbados.
- Information on the family that the student will be placed with and contact details.
- A list of clothing and other articles that students should bring.
- A recommendation of the amount of spending money the student should have access to.
- A detailed outline of the program schedule.
